Cancellation Policy

You must cancel your reservation at least 48 hours before the moving date. If you fail to cancel within this grace period, you will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to the service fee. The original date of service is used as the basis for the cancellation date.

Rescheduling

Customers can reschedule their move date or time within a 72-hour window without penalty. However, if the job is canceled after rescheduling, the cancellation fee will still apply.
